CT: Middlesex County- Comstock Bridge

Gates to Heaven . . . Or so it appeared to me. This bridge was originally built in 1785. It’s one of three covered bridges that remain in Connecticut. CT: Middlesex County- Haddam- Gillette Castle (Holiday)

William Gillette was the actor who originally played Sherlock Holmes who built a home which aligned to his character in CT. During the holiday season they deck the halls of the castle!
