Fun Fact: The town of Colchester delayed Thanksgiving in 1705 as they didn’t have enough molasses! Secret Sunrise! After the beach season ends the doors open to so many wonderful sights otherwise restricted to town residents. Small park with a lot to offer! Southford Falls State park is on the edge of Southbury and Oxford (hence the name Southford!).
